Making An Appointment

Clients love Sanctuary and book well in advance to ensure they have their preferred availability for treatments and appointment day and time. To avoid disappointment and to secure your preferred appointment time, we recommend you book your next treatment in before leaving the salon. Otherwise, we recommend booking at least one week in advance as we do fill up quickly. Always call on the day or the day before as we may have appointment changes or cancellations and will be able to make a time for you. We always keep a waitlist so we can call you if your preferred time becomes available.

Confirming Your Appointment

For your convenience, we either send you an sms confirmation or phone you 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. You will be asked to reply YES to confirm or to call us to reschedule your appointment. 

Can I cancel or Reschedule?

No-shows and last minute cancellations enormously disadvantage our business. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking – we kindly request 48 hours notice so that we can offer that time slot to another client. 

 

To secure long treatment bookings or bookings in our peak times, credit card details are required upon booking. 

* No Shows or last minute cancellations will incur 100%  of the treatment cost.

Arriving To Your Appointment

To ensure you enjoy every moment of your treatment, please arrive 5 - 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time for a leisurely check in and so you can prepare for your treatment. New clients will be asked to fill in a new client consultation form. 

Does Your Salon Run On Time?

We value your time so it is our policy to run on time. It is recommended you arrive on time so that you can enjoy the full treatment you have been booked in for. If you arrive late, we will have to reduce your treatment time as a courtesy to the next client so they are not kept waiting.

Tuesday - 9:00am - 5:00pm

Wednesday - 9:00am - 5:00pm

Thursday - 9:00am - 9:00pm*

Friday - 9:00am - 5:00pm

Saturday - 9:00am - 5:00pm

Sunday & Monday - CLOSED

Public Holidays - CLOSED

 

*After 5:00pm by appointment only

 

During peak holiday periods, extended trading hours may apply.

Payment

We accept Cash, Eftpos, Visa and Mastercard.

 

All prices are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available for all treatments, packages, dollar value and can be used towards treatments or products.

 

They are available to be purchased in-salon,over the phone or online.

 

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash and not valid with any other offer.

Keeping The Salon Tranquil

As much as Sanctuary loves babies and children, our clients also come to us to have some well deserved time out. Whilst we will do everything possible to accommodate an appointment for you with your child, please understand that it can be disruptive to clients paying for their relaxation experience.

Parking

Parking is available in Leura Mall, however, is limited and timed. There is ample parking directly behind Leura Mall in the Woolworths carpark.
